Job Description
- Greet and assist guests with luggage and transportation needs.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as necessary.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–1 year)
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform manual tasks
