What you'll do
As the Outlet Cluster Supervisor, you oversee full operations from sales performance and inventory control to team management and customer satisfaction. You drive profitability, ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards, lead the team, and handle escalations. You will manage more than one outlet, adapting to operational needs.

What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, preferably in café operations
- Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance standards
