Pump Technician

Performs job orders and resolves concerns on time and according to service procedure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts installation and repair of equipment as well as their testing and commissioning to ensure that the equipment is performing based on operation manual.

2. Resolves problems, concerns and issues based on sound scientific theories.

3. Identifies solutions and recommends improved methods and techniques based on findings aligned with troubleshooting guides.

4. Ensures all documents are properly filled out with appropriate and correct information and submitted to proper persons-in-charge.

5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess at least a graduate of any technical course in the related field, preferably with NCII certification

2. Must have at least one (1) year working experience in installation and troubleshooting of water heaters, air conditioners, pumps and other mechanical equipments

3. Must have good oral and written communication and customer service skills
