Homebuilding Data Specialist

We are looking for an Option Specialist to join our Operations team and support the successful onboarding of customers using Higharc and external ERP/CRM systems.

In this role, you will work with homebuilding and product option data, ensuring that information from external systems is accurately mapped and configured in Higharc. Your work will directly help builders price, configure, and sell homes with confidence while keeping customer implementations on track.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, options, data entry, ERP support, or similar technical roles who enjoys working with data and solving problems with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support option mapping strategies in collaboration with Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants.

• Review ERP export files, such as CSV files, to identify options that do not align with Higharc's required formats.

• Accurately recreate, configure, or remap options in Higharc to ensure pricing and product configurations are correct.

• Analyze option data and identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential data issues.

• Maintain accurate records of completed mappings and document issues encountered during the process.

• Conduct testing of mapped resources to ensure accuracy and functionality.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve mapping processes.

• Consistently meet productivity and quality expectations for mapping activities.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of mapping procedures, documentation, and operational processes.

• Communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and required actions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in homebuilding, particularly in areas such as estimating, purchasing, options, or related operations.

• Experience in data entry, ERP support, technical operations, or similar roles.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience working with US-based clients.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of task ownership.

• Comfortable working with CSV files, databases, spreadsheets, or browser-based configuration and data management tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Willingness to work on a night shift to support US-based clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Higharc.

• Experience supporting ERP or CRM integrations.

• Experience with ERP/integration setup for enterprise customers.

• Background in homebuilding technology, software, or implementation support.
