Position – Head of Product

Work Mode - Onsite Setup (Mon- Fri)

Workshift: Day shift

Experience in Banking or Payment Industry is must

  • Understand the channels in which the company offers its products and services.
  • Identify and recommend new product concepts. Determine product specifications and features. Create new product business cases, including budget and break-even analysis. Responsible for product development roadmap and launch dates.
  • Evaluate the need for product enhancements by conducting research through participation in industry meetings, seminars, surveys, sales evaluation, and monitoring competition and industry trends.
  • In coordination with other departments, define and request for approval for capital expenditures budget for new or enhanced products.
  • Prepare and maintain Rulebooks, Guidelines, and other similar documents for new or existing products.
  • Capture product ideas across the company, its members/participants and/or end users. Responsible for collecting and evaluating solicited and unsolicited product ideas or concepts.
  • Manage the product development project from conception to implementation.
  • Work with member/participants, together with the Relationship Managers, to ensure that new products address the common need of members/participants and those expectations are met.
  • Maintain on file updated copies of product plans, policies, rulebooks, contracts, user manuals, process flow, NDAs, and other related documents.
  • Gather and analyze information on the products' performance, problems, and opportunities. Recommend product pricing and positioning. Conduct product performance review at least semi-annually, and plan for opportunities/strategies to increase revenue and improve the product features.
  • Respond to product related enquiries and issues that are directly addressed to the Product Manager. Coordinate among internal and external parties for the resolution of concerns and complaints raised by the members/participants and partners.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers supporting the product and work towards a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Prepare regular reports as required by the Head of Business & Relationship Management Division (BRMD), including but not limited to minutes of meetings and status of action plans, concerns/issues.

Perform all other duties as assigned or required by the Head of BRMD
