Schedule: EMEA

Salary: up to 58k

Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in TV, print, or digital production (TV preferable) in a traditional advertising and production environment. High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets and strong numeracy skills.

Job Description:

The Role: As part of the Account Management Team, your role is key in running the account smoothly and effectively. We are looking for someone who has excellent linguistic skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of Hogarth processes to drive projects from brief to final delivery in collaboration with other departments. This AM will be client-focused and someone with clear articulation of ideas, organization, and great time management skills. Setting client and department expectations while maintaining quality, process, and profitability will be vital for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality.
  2. Coordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and Agencies).
  3. Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs.
  4. Take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays etc.
  5. Manage, monitor, and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients.
  6. Immerse yourself in the client's brand and act as a brand guardian - always ensure brand guidelines, processes, and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  1. 4-5+ years of experience in TV, print, or digital production (TV preferable) in a traditional advertising and production environment.
  2. High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets and strong numeracy skills.
  3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent prioritization & time management skills.
  4. Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and fluent oral and written English.
  6. Knows the ways of working of a traditional advertising and production environment.
