He/She will assist the Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Building/Condominium Corporation. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure safety of Residents and property.
- Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.
- Implement innovation and energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of common areas.
- Basic Accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expenditures.
- Technical skills in design & installation.
- Knowledge in property maintenance.
- Customer orientation with sufficient PR skills, can handle/manage difficult residents/situations.
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills.
- Negotiating Skills
- Good in both written & oral communication.
- Can use Microsoft Office Application (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Licensed Electrical Engineer.
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations preferably in Residential properties.
- Willing to work on site at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
