  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records.
  • Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and clients.
  • Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, and thorough knowledge of all phases of the project operation.
  • Maintain QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instruction, and other QA/QC documents.
  • Perform daily inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality.
  • Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors to maintain quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Business Management or equivalent.
  • Years of Related Experience: At least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience.
