Overview

Technical Support Agent - Telco Account / Open for IT / Non-Voice Chat

Job Responsibilities
  • Answers phone calls and provides information/assistance to clients
  • Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
  • Communicates with customers by phone or written correspondence to address concerns
  • Answers participant questions and clarifies needs to understand what information is being asked
Qualifications
  • Open to candidates who completed college; no experience required
  • Open to high school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience
  • Excellent to above-average English communication skills
  • BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Can do onsite work
  • Within 25km to 35km
