Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents.
  2. Set sales targets and develop sales strategies; train new agents.
  3. Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents.
  4. Oversee the sales activities of the real estate sales team.
  5. Lead a team of sales agents, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure they meet their sales targets.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  7. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  9. Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
  1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  5. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
