We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to execute a variety of insight-driven projects. The role involves utilizing different research methods and synthesizing information from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research and analysis across a variety of projects, employing diverse research methodologies and consolidating data from multiple sources as needed.
  2. Develop detailed reports that document the scope of studies, methodologies used, key findings, and data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, manage, and execute research projects aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in using research databases and external sources such as Hoovers, Factiva, S&P, AM Best, etc.
  5. Ensure high-quality research output while adhering to project timelines.
  6. Manage projects to ensure that they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  7. Engage with stakeholders as needed to gather insights and provide updates on research progress.
  8. Maintain a solid understanding of the company's business priorities and ecosystem, and align research services and findings with stakeholder needs.
  9. Leverage generative AI and automation tools to increase research efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 2-4 years of experience in business research or related fields
  3. Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights.
  4. Proficiency in using research databases and external sources (e.g., Hoovers, Factiva, S&P, AM Best)
  5. Preferably, previous experience working with or within a research agency environment is an advantage.
  6. Familiarity with generative AI tools and automation technologies.
  7. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data collection and analysis.
  9. Ability to work effectively within a team.

  2. Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines
  3. Night shift
