Currently, we have acquired 30 brands across various categories including Pet Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Supplements, Baby & Juvenile, Garden & Outdoor, Sports & Fitness, Home, Lifestyle, Culinary, and Arts. Through expert management and robust infrastructure, Unybrands empowers e-commerce brands to scale and thrive.
Role OverviewA Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or problems, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and all Amazon communications
- Listening to customer concerns and addressing them appropriately
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Providing information about products and services
- Striving to resolve customer issues independently
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level staff as needed
- Taking accountability for assigned brands and responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
- Continuously improving product and service knowledge
- Providing feedback to management on customer issues and suggestions for improvement
The ultimate goal of a CSR is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- E-commerce experience
- Customer service experience
