About the Role

We are seeking a Project Controller (Civil Work) to oversee the financial and operational aspects of civil engineering projects. In this contract role, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully by managing progress, coordinating resources, and monitoring subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the project integrated plan based on contractual requirements and project scope.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate tracking of project progress, coordinating with various functional teams.
  • Confirm resource availability with subcontractors and oversee their delivery performance.
  • Identify and resolve progress-related issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance, facilitate acceptance processes, and ensure documentation is submitted on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments on project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Controller or in a similar role within the civil/structural engineering industry.
  • Proficient in project management and accounting software.
  • Strong execution skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Electronics, Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also considered.
  • PMP or other industry certifications are highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and business workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and related business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent professional ethics and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
