AVP Legal

Responsible for all aspects of work in the Legal Services Division by providing legal expertise and support to the company in various legal matters primarily related to the business and commercial aspects of the company and the entire group such as, but not limited to, financing agreements, mergers, and acquisitions, correspondences, legal memorandums, opinions, etc. Assures that the company complies with the laws and regulations, including but not limited to SEC regulations, data privacy, and related party and corporate governance regulations. Also responsible for liaising with different partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and instrumentalities.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-7 years experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in a law firm
• Must possess a Professional License (Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law
• Experience in PPP (Public Private Practice)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, has excellent analytical skills, and is able to communicate legalese concisely.
• Good interpersonal skills and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Tech-savvy is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
• Must be investigative and objective, dynamic, and able to grasp new ideas.
• Willing to work in Balintawak, SM North Tower, Ortigas, Pasig, or Imus Cavite.
