Leechiu Property Consultants is looking for a Research Analyst to provide market outlook and updates within the local real estate industry for clients and internal company use.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research of all property land use across the country.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and local government units to obtain macro-economic data relevant to support the industry study.
  • Build and maintain historical database for all real estate land use.
  • Formulate analysis based on market data and provide supporting historical events if necessary.
  • Prepare presentation materials that will be of use for LPC and its clients.

Formulate real estate business plans:

  • Prepare project timetable and budget allocation for every given project.
  • Perform site inspection and procure relevant photographic materials of the site.
  • Coordinate with the client for necessary documents relevant to the study.
  • Conduct an in-depth market research both primary and secondary data and must provide accurate data for every project.
  • Maintain a database of relevant information and data gathered during market research.
  • Formulate sound analysis and viable recommendations based on the gathered data.
  • Formulate marketing, implementation/development strategies.
  • Develop project concepts.
  • Conduct financial analysis for specific projects.
  • Prepare and provide timely output/presentation that will include the market study, development strategies, marketing and financial analysis to be presented to clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and acquire relevant materials from client.
  • Perform site inspection and acquire digital materials for the site, its proximate landmarks and other relevant developments.
  • Conduct a quick market research and procure government documents within the area of study.
  • Provide an organized record of accurate information obtained in the project period.
  • Provide visual materials based on the information obtained during research period.
  • Formulate sound analysis, realistic and manageable recommendations based on the information obtained during research and client consultations.
  • Design a conceptual development plan and financial projections based on the recommendations and client's stipulation.
  • Prepare, review and submit brokering materials/proposals/contracts to prospective investors and partners.
  • Regularly coordinate with client, investors and partners involved in the project packaging.
  • Maintain and update financial projections according to the latest developments of the project.
