Job Description

As an HVAC Technician, you will be at the forefront of maintaining indoor comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency in diverse environments. The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Basic written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on satisfaction
  • Hardworking, proactive, assertive, a team player, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
  • Preferably TESDA-certified with NC II / NC2 in HVAC or a related field
  • Knowledgeable in:
    • Electrical system operations and maintenance
    • HVAC operation and maintenance, including Centralized AC, PACU, and VRF systems

Your Daily Tasks

  • Installing, maintaining, adjusting, repairing, servicing, troubleshooting, and managing inventory of HVAC systems and equipment across all facilities
  • Inspecting HVAC equipment and performing preventive maintenance tasks such as filter replacement, general cleaning, freon charging, and system calibration to ensure proper operations
  • Receiving job orders and responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reporting for work under emergency conditions, including after hours and weekends, when required
  • Identifying and assessing maintenance risks on HVAC systems and equipment
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and providing accurate recommendations for resolution
  • Specifying required tools and quantities of materials (through canvassing) for HVAC repair and maintenance work
  • Interpreting technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and procedural documents
  • Maintaining and securing issued tools, equipment, and materials related to HVAC repair and maintenance tasks
