Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement health and safety programs.
  2. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
  3. Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
  4. Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.
  5. Promote healthy eating and wellness programs by conducting health seminars for employees.
  6. Document all employees' injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
  7. Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
  8. Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
  9. Communicate with the Facilities and HR Manager on a regular basis.
  10. Main point of contact for PEME endorsement and validation.
  11. Lead Annual Physical Examination and Random Drug Testing.
  12. Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
  13. Assist injured employees and take them to the nearest hospital if needed.
  14. Maintain all employees' medical records.
  15. Ensure that sick employees submit a fit to work certificate upon returning to work.
  16. Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates submitted by employees.
  17. Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  2. With OHNAP certificate.
  3. Must be a Filipino Registered Nurse.
  4. At least 1+ years' experience in the same role.
  5. Flexible and open-minded to various changes and business decisions.
  6. Works with minimal supervision.
  7. Willing to work in Ortigas in an onsite work arrangement.
  8. Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
