• Supervises sampling inspection to assure that the product meets the customer requirements.
• Checks and summarizes monthly data of non-conformances found during product sampling inspection.
• Verifies defects/non-conformances encountered by production to ensure quality.
• Creates and maintains company quality documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
• Leads material or tool evaluation to ensure conformance to customer/process requirements.
• Issues Corrective Action Report for all non-conformance found in a process.
• Monitors and verifies the implementation, effectiveness, and closure of Corrective Action on non-conformance such as process non-conformity feedback and others.
• Communicates and works cooperatively with Production and QA personnel such as Engineer, Asst. Supervisor, Supervisor and Manager to meet daily shipment target.
• Attends regular status meeting with staff, supervisor and manager.
• Maintains rapport to all levels in the organization.
• Supports the management's implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.
• Supports and assists in generating corrective/risk assessment/management for all quality issues encountered.
• Assists in communication with customer relating to quality issues/problems encountered.
• Assists in approval of NG data sheet prior to sending.
• Conducts verification of the effectiveness of implemented corrective action.
• Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates and discusses results.
• Participates in continual improvement of the organization.
• Reviews and updates department FMEA or Risk Registry Log.
• Performs limited complex task/work in a support role or work under close supervision of higher level engineer or immediate superior.
• Performs related functions as deemed necessary by the superiors.
