Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will spend your day designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored to specific platforms, products, or engagements. Your role involves defining solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the technology framework supports the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently. Collaboration and strategic planning are integral parts of your daily activities, as you work to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on architectural goals.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and platforms.
- Proficient in developing architectural frameworks that support business agility and growth.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective architectural solutions.
- Skilled in guiding development teams through architectural best practices and standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
