Navigating the Position: Logistics Administrator

As a Logistics Administrator, you'll play a key role in our global logistics operations, from data entry to coordinating international shipments. You'll handle shipping and customs documentation, manage return shipments, and ensure compliance with trade laws.

Working closely with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams, you'll keep logistics running smoothly and customers happy. If you enjoy staying organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, join us and make logistics more efficient—and have fun doing it

Your Voyage Ahead:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Meticulous Data Management: Enter essential customer and delivery details into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
  2. Global Coordination Mastery: Plan and coordinate shipments worldwide, including air, sea, and land.
  3. Documentation Dynamo: Create shipping and customs documents for international trade, ensuring compliance to avoid delays.
  4. International Customs Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customs agencies, ensuring compliance with trade laws.
  5. Reverse Logistics Coordinator: Oversee and manage return shipments, ensuring efficient reverse logistics.
  6. Compliance: Maintain compliance with international, national, and local regulations, implementing necessary protocols.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements and implement best practices.
  8. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on logistics activities, such as shipment status, inventory, and costs.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align logistics initiatives and provide training to junior team members.
  10. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve logistics issues to ensure satisfaction.

Recommended to Bring on Board:

Educational Background: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field—but if you've got 5 years of solid logistics experience, you're already on the right track

Professional Experience:

  1. Regional Logistics Expertise: Hands-on experience managing logistics in key locations like Norway and the Philippines, with a knack for navigating specific shipping and customs requirements.
  2. Courier Service Savvy: Familiar with major courier services like DHL, ensuring smooth and compliant shipping processes.
  3. Team Collaboration & Remote Work: Thrive in small teams and can work independently from anywhere, balancing teamwork and autonomy like a pro.
  4. Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems to keep everything running smoothly and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Customer-Facing Skills: Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills to handle customer interactions with ease.
