Job Summary:
- The Parking Marshall is responsible of ensuring and maintaining a Safe and Secured Parking facility to all parkers at all times.
Description
- Monitor and manage parking facilities to ensure efficient use of space.
- Assist drivers in locating available parking spots and provide directions.
- Enforce parking regulations and assist in the collection of parking fees.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe parking environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any parking-related issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and reliable
- Working Conditions: May require working in varying weather conditions
