We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to support an established Australian financial advisory firm.
The successful applicant will have at least 3-4 years of experience in financial services, with hands-on experience using Advisor Logic, preparing Records of Advice (ROAs), and conducting financial product comparisons.
This is a full-time remote position working directly with the Principal Advisor.
Responsibilities
Manage client emails, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
Assist with annual insurance reviews and ongoing client reviews.
Prepare and manage Records of Advice (ROAs).
Conduct financial product comparisons using Advisor Logic and Malu.
Maintain accurate and updated client records in Advisor Logic.
Track outstanding documentation and client review requirements.
Provide daily updates to the Principal Advisor regarding tasks and priorities.
Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial services role.
Proficiency in Advisor Logic is essential.
Experience preparing Records of Advice (ROAs).
Strong technical knowledge of financial product comparisons.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Advantageous but not required:
Previous experience with Malu software.
Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP).
Key Performance Expectations
Respond to client emails within 24 hours.
Prepare approximately 15 ROAs per month with no major errors.
Complete all insurance reviews due within the month.
Maintain at least 95% accuracy in client data entries.
