QAQC Head

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the total execution of the QA/QC Plan or Program of the project.
2. Prepares and submit the QA/QC Plan or Program of the project prior to mobilization.
3. Prepares and submit monthly QA/QC report to the Project Manager or owner.
4. Responsible to the assigned QA/QC Engineers/Architect of the project.
5. Assists the owner, Project Managers and Consultants in the early resolutions of various issues and concern of the project.
6. Attends to the project's QA/QC meeting or other meetings as required by the Project Manager or owner.
7. Conducts final inspection and acceptance of project QA/QC and assists on the issuance of certificates.
8. Monitors the acceptable quality of works as the project is in progress.
9. Prepares and issues non-conformance report for deficiencies observed, and cites necessary recommendations for action as per QA/QC requirements.
10. Assists on the final issuance of Certificates as to the approve QA/QC inspections and work performance.
11. Any other work, projects or tasks as directed by the Project Manager or owner.
