CXRO Engineer (Operations and Maintenance)

Reporting to: Head, Operations and Maintenance/CXRO Officer

Unit: Operations and Maintenance

Section: Technical Management

Department: Business District/ Business Area

Division: Customer Experience and Retail Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares daily job assignments of technical teams
  • Conducts field inspection and monitors the in-house and contractors' daily activities
  • Validates and monitors utilization and usage of materials withdrawn by in-house team and third-party service provider (TPSP)
  • Facilitates timely submission of accomplished job orders for System Applications Products (SAP) update, materials confirmation, and leak tagging
  • Conducts random joint inspection/validation of contractor's billings with Zone Specialist, Admin Specialist, and TPSP representative/s
  • Monitors completion of massive meter replacement (MMR) project and timely submission of documents for SAP update
  • Ensures timely resolution and closing of customer service information system (CSIS) issues (i.e. no water, low water pressure, poor water quality) within service level agreement (SLA)
  • Conducts regular inspection of appurtenances and updates database accordingly
  • Coordinates with local government units (LGUs), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) regarding the implementation of projects/activities
  • Proposes the work schedule of the team subject for approval of the Technical Head
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES

  • Graduate of engineering course
  • Licensed Engineer (preferably license in Civil or Mechanical Engineering)

WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably with relevant work experience

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Preferably with Professional Driver's License (Manual Transmission)

  • Vehicular and occupational accidents
    Sometimes require reporting at a normal office environment
