Job Description

Responsible for closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items
Scheduling and enforcement of Production and assignment of manpower
Monitor Job order fulfillment and stock requirements
Preparation and Dispatch of outbound deployment and deliveries
Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
Perform actual inventory count and monitor storage hubs
Prepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports
Other tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

At least vocational graduate of related course
Prior work experience related to production, logistics and inventory will be an advantage
Background in construction and metal works industry is preferred
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Flexible, reliable, detail-oriented and highly organized
Professional work ethic and standards
Able to multitask efficiently
Computer-literate
Flexible and can work independently
Residing within/near Valenzuela City
