Plan and implement general maintenance of facilities, production, utility, and equipment/systems and engineering projects.

Ensure equipment/systems are properly operated and monitored by the technicians according to prescribed standard operating procedures and schedules.

Develop work methods and procedures of equipment and systems to improve overall reliability.

Ensure compliance to current good manufacturing practices, house rules, and equipment / standard operating procedures and report any non-conformance observed to Engineering Head.

• Bachelor's degree, with applicable license, in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Specialized in Plant Operations and Maintenance Management
• Good time and project management skills, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Plant, Food and Beverage Plant or related plant maintenance.
