- Hiring for factory worker located at legazpi city
- A factory worker performs various tasks in a manufacturing or production environment. Their duties typically include:
- Assembly Line Work: Assembling products or parts according to specifications, using hand tools, machines, or automated systems.Machine Operation: Operating machinery that is used in the production process, ensuring it's functioning properly, and troubleshooting minor issues.Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred, though some positions may not require formal education.
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work can be helpful but is not always necessary, especially for entry-level positions. On-the-job training is often provided.
