What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and oversee VIP guest services, ensuring seamless experiences that exceed expectations

  2. Manage and coordinate VIP bookings, itineraries, transportation, and logistics

  3. Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored VIP experiences

  5. Monitor and report on VIP client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement

  6. Assist with the planning and execution of exclusive VIP events and initiatives

  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to VIP clients and experiences

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar VIP management or hospitality role

  2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile clients

  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset

  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple priorities

  5. Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry and VIP guest expectations

  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) software

  7. Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of VIP clients
