Role: Financial Analyst
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

  1. Prepare monthly management accounts in the approved format, including performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  2. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts preparation, audit pack compilation, and parent report (financial reporting pack) submission.
  3. Lead budget preparation and management activities, conducting periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances.
  4. Maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure operational funding needs are met while minimizing interest costs.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in a financial accounting role involving group reporting/consolidations.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Excel modeling and reconciliation (moderate to advanced proficiency).
  3. Mid-tier or Big 4 accounting experience OR corporate accounting experience in a $50M+ revenue organization.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Finance (Required)
  5. CA/CPA certification
