Position summary

This role involves supporting client suppliers in engaging with card and e-payable acceptance, managing various trackers and logs for metrics, escalating findings, leading process improvements, researching and remediating processing errors, identifying trends, addressing escalations, and representing the team in forums.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain trackers and logs for metrics generation.
  • Escalate findings to stakeholders promptly.
  • Lead and participate in process improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
  • Research and remediate processing errors to prevent funding delays.
  • Facilitate root cause error identification and coordinate with the Error Review team.
  • Identify trends through data analysis to drive efficiencies.
  • Address escalations in a timely manner.
  • Represent the team in various forums.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Investor Services products, including Custody and Fund Administration.
  • Solid background in basic accounting.
  • High energy with strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to achieve goals.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Strong risk and control awareness, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
