Monitor and supervise the progress of land development works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor and supervise the construction progress of project amenities and ensure timely completion in accordance with established standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers regarding issues, concerns, and other matters related to assigned projects to support efficient project implementation and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates on project status and accomplishments.
Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and engineering standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
With experience in both vertical and horizontal construction projects
Knowledgeable in construction methods, plans, and technical specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willing to work on-site and coordinate with contractors and project teams
