Job Description

As the' Asset and Liability Manager', you will:

  • Set up and manage the Bank's Asset and Liability Management (ALM) framework, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage liquidity, funding, interest rate risk (IRRBB), and capital planning, ensuring compliance with BSP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse balance sheet risks and exposures; conduct gap analysis, stress testing, and scenario planning.
  • Prepare and present ALCO reports and provide insights to senior management on balance sheet performance and risk exposures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align asset and liability strategies with overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Asset and Liability Manager' should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in asset and liability management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
