Wefund Lending Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Telemarketing Team Leader to drive the customer acquisition strategy by leading a team of telemarketers who generate qualified leads and convert them into new clients.
You will develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies to meet KPIs, coach TLs, and optimize staffing and training programs while ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations and fintech market standards.
