We are seeking a BPO RFP Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive proposals for a variety of clients in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate should be a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent sales and communication skills. This position involves proactively cultivating new clients and areas of company growth, negotiating contracts with new and existing clients, and overseeing CRM databases.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing and industry relationships
  2. Proactively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities
  3. Drafting pitches and overseeing the proposal/RFP process
  4. Digging through older proposals to find previous responses and rewriting them to fit the current proposal
  5. Writing new content and using templated/recycled responses
  6. Working well with others, paying close attention to detail, and being comfortable presenting and speaking with senior executives
  7. Designing and maintaining effective communication materials including presentation content and client communication
  8. Overseeing CRM databases and sales cycle tracking tools to ensure that they are current
  9. Managing directory listings and sponsorship opportunities

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  2. 4+ years experience successfully building relationships with internal and external clients
  3. Ability to translate vision and strategic plan into clear and specific strategies with defined and measurable outcomes
  4. Proven executive-level leadership skills in complex deal strategy, development, financial structuring, and negotiations
  5. Experience directing strategies for new sales
  6. Ability to professionally draft and deliver proposals, both internally and externally
  7. Reporting on sales activity with consistent frequency
  8. Solid outsourced Contact Center and BPO management experience with inbound, outbound, chat, and email
  9. Experience building successful working relationships with C-level executives
  10. Ability to work virtually and travel frequently to pursue and qualify leads
  11. Proven thought leadership that inspires action, accountability, results, and teamwork
  12. Superior business skills including financial acumen, corporate planning, business operations, and account management
  13. Exceptionally self-motivated and directed

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
