Job Description:

The Photo and Video Content Producer will create visually compelling photo and video content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for Pro Coffee Gear. They will elevate the brand's digital presence by editing provided assets into polished content tailored for website, social media, and advertising platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to make high-quality coffee gear accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Production
    • Transform photo and video assets into engaging content optimized for website, social media, and ad campaigns.
    • Deliver 15+ high-quality pieces of content monthly, adhering to brand guidelines and platform requirements.
  2. Content Strategy
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with quarterly promotional goals.
  3. Platform-Specific Optimization
    • Ensure all content is optimized for target platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube) by tailoring formats, dimensions, and messaging.
  4. Process Efficiency
    • Establish and refine workflows to streamline the editing and distribution of photo and video content, reducing turnaround times.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Graphics Design, Photo/Video Content Editing, and Production.
  2. Creative Visionary
    • Demonstrates a strong sense of design and storytelling. Produces visually striking, platform-optimized content from provided assets.
  3. Organized and Deadline-Oriented
    • Maintains a structured schedule for content creation and consistently meets deadlines.
  4. Knowledgeable in Social Media Content
    • Understands best practices for creating engaging, platform-specific content across various social media channels.
  5. Adaptable Innovator
    • Stays ahead of industry trends and continually improves content quality and relevance.
  6. Collaborative Communicator
    • Works effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporates feedback to refine content.
  7. Sense of Urgency
    • Prioritizes timely execution to maximize the impact of promotional campaigns.
