Job Description

A Home Insurance CSR provides customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, processing claims, updating policy details, and explaining coverage options. They ensure accurate records, compliance with company policies, and resolve customer issues professionally, escalating complex matters when needed.

Work Setup

Onsite - Mandaluyong and Taguig

Up to 30,000 Package

40,000 Signing Bonus

Requirements
  • At least a college-level education with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience, or a college graduate with or without BPO experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Location
