Get to Know the Team

You'll play an important role in the Regional GrabAds Self-Serve Strategy & Planning team. Our main focus is supporting project management and creating go-to-market plans to enhance self-serve products. We work with multiple departments, including GrabAds, Product, Marketing, OmniCommerce, Food & CE, and other partners, to tailor self-serve solutions for our merchants.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting into the Project Management & Go-To-Market for Self Serve Business team, you will contribute to regional business development initiatives and design project plans that drive the launch of self-serve products and features, supporting our business growth. You will promote self-serve services across Grab's ecosystem and collaborate cross-functionally to identify solutions that meet merchant needs.

This role will be onsite and based in the Philippines' Manilla office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Lead teams in strategic projects, from product rollouts to user acquisition. Coordinate effectively from planning through implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve milestones efficiently.
  • Perform detailed data analyses to address project challenges, deriving insights that lead to impactful business solutions.
  • Coordinate communication efforts to ensure smooth collaboration and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
  • Handle routine reporting tasks for quarterly and bi-annual reviews, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve team efficiency and productivity.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 6+ years of experience, with 4-5 years in digital advertising, covering sales, enablement, operations, or marketing.
  • Experience in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, successful product launches, and achieving market entry targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent ability to manage stakeholder relationships at different levels within the organization.
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure, thriving in complex settings.
