JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Reliability Planner for system time requirements and schedules to complete the electrical testing.
Coordinates with the Production personnel and Engineering Group for the support and assistance needed.
Coordinates and follow-up AML and AMPI pending for review and approval to ensure that they are completed within the target cycle time.
Coordinates with the Verification of Failures Personnel and Customer Quality Engineer on the returned units for electrical testing.
Perform machine setup, analyze, debugs, and solve test related problems during Electrical testing.
Electrical testing of Reliability qualification and monitoring lot/s during pre-stress (time zero), after every read point, and completion of reliability stress test.
Electrical testing of customer complaint units.
Submission of reliability qualification and monitor samples and accomplished log sheets to AMPI Reliability team.
Generation and submission of pre-stress (time zero), post reliability stress electrical test data and drift report for approval.
Generation and submission of customer complaint electrical test report for review and upload to ETQ.
Perform other product and machine sustaining tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Performs task in support to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet departmental goals.
Engages in new training to enhance capability in and out of the job function, applies new learning to support the team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate of ECE/EE/COE or Graduate of Technology Course
Must have at least 2 years in same/related position, with hands-on experience in operating automated test equipment.
Strong technical ability in analog and digital circuit analysis
Proficiency in computer and office software
Familiar with statistical tools
Hands-on experience in operating automated testing equipment
Can perform bench testing to validate O/S and basic parametric failures.
Knowledgeable in ATE setup problem isolation.
Can perform isolation on basic program issues.
