  • Resource Organization & Management:

    • Develop strategies to improve staff access to and utilization of existing resources.

  • Training & Onboarding Support:

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to support the development of engaging and effective onboarding training materials.

    • Assist in the integration of training materials into the People Management system.

    • Contribute to the development of processes to ensure consistent and successful onboarding experiences.

  • Project Management & Coordination:

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to define the scope, objectives, and measurable deliverables of efficiency improvement initiatives, developing comprehensive and actionable project plans.

    • Establish and maintain detailed project plans, realistic timelines, and comprehensive action item trackers to ensure the successful and timely execution of operational efficiency projects.

    • Develop and execute clear and concise approved communication plans to keep all relevant stakeholders informed about the status, progress, and impact of operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring buy-in and understanding.

  • Analysis & Documentation:

    • Support the in-depth analysis of existing operational workflows, effectively gathering pertinent information from users and clearly documenting identified pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for significant improvement.

    • Develop and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including detailed meeting minutes, comprehensive action logs, user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), intuitive process maps, and all other relevant project-related materials.

    • Organize and maintain a centralized and easily accessible repository for all project documentation and communication records, ensuring seamless information sharing among stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving & Follow-Up:

    • Proactively identify potential operational inefficiencies and facilitate their timely and effective resolution by expertly coordinating with the appropriate technical and operational teams.

    • Diligently manage and meticulously track all follow-up actions arising from meetings, discussions, and identified issues related to efficiency, ensuring accountability and the timely completion of all necessary steps.

    • Serve as a primary and reliable point of contact for information and updates related to operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication within designated inboxes and across teams.

    • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive and insightful reports and presentations that effectively summarize operational efficiency efforts, clearly highlight key outcomes, and provide well-reasoned future recommendations.

  • Data & Reporting:

    • Utilize Excel, Tableau, Google Enterprise apps, and other relevant tools to expertly organize, analyze, and manage operational data related to efficiency improvement initiatives, extracting meaningful insights.

    • Assist in the creation of insightful and visually compelling reports and summaries of operational data to support data-driven decision-making, track the tangible impact of implemented changes, and identify further optimization opportunities.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and meticulously track progress against established efficiency goals using Excel or other designated tracking systems, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Training and Support:

    • Provide dedicated support to teams working with healthcare applications, with a strong focus on understanding, documenting, and aligning with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and data requirements.

    • Facilitate effective communication and seamless coordination between technical and clinical teams to ensure operational processes fully meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of healthcare and EMR systems.

  • General Responsibilities:
