Job Qualifications

  1. Candidate preferably/optional possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  2. Preferably with 1-3 years of related working experience.
  3. Has relevant work experience in Financing/Banking or any related field.
  4. Reports directly to management to meet sales goals.
  5. Follow and achieve team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  6. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  7. Must know how to drive a motorcycle/car with a driver's license.
  8. Willing to work on the field.
  9. Willing to be trained.
  10. Expertise in credit investigation and phone verification and Field Credit Investigation/Review.
  11. Must be patient, honest, and hardworking.
  12. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description

  1. Compile and analyze credit information gathered by investigation. Create investigation report and provide weekly/daily updates to department.
  2. Obtain information about potential creditors.
  3. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations.
  4. Contact the customer to determine the time and place of investigation and take photos of the site.
  5. Collect customer documents as required to verify its integrity and authenticity.
  6. Verify customer's past or current credit record.
  7. View the customer's assets and evaluate the value.
  8. Conduct complete background and credit investigation checks: Identity, residence/neighborhood, reference contacts, due diligence as to assets, property, affiliations.
  9. Experience in appraisal (for collateral loan purpose) preferred.
  10. Assist in administering the negotiation and collection of past due accounts.
  11. Verify business models reported on loan application and cash flow details, in person.
  12. Conduct research via the internet and varied sources.
  13. Perform all other tasks as directed by the Business Compliance Investigation Head.
