Branch Loans Administration Assistant

Job Description
- In charge of preparing loan documentation for approved accounts
- Book accounts and complete the loan documents
- Prepare extension memos for LTO annotation and PCNM registration to RD for accounts that exceed the TAT
- Complete the ORCR annotation and PCNM registration to RD
- Borrowed ORCR processor, in case the ORCR is requested to be borrowed
- Prepare the various reports that need to be submitted by the branch: SAFENET, AMLA, EDST Replenishment, and other random requested reports
- CoreApps AMS Core Encoding
- KYC – scanned documents
- Other reports and tasks that are occasionally assigned
Qualifications
- Any four (4) year business-related course
- At least experience from the banking or financial industry or its equivalent
- Familiar with MS Office, keen on details, fast learner, with a positive attitude and adaptability
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Can perform with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work full time onsite
- Fresh graduates are welcome
