Core responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives of sales target.
  2. Manage, train, and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
  3. Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, periodical forecast, and reports to business unit head.
  4. Ensure customer positive experience.
  5. Develop new account relationships in the assigned territory to enhance customer penetration.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities/new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
  7. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Clinical Specialists to organize product demo and facilitate customer training.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent.
  2. With at least 8 - 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical sales industry.
  3. Highly motivated with the commitment to reach sales target.
  4. Displays excellent leadership skills; approachable and able to cultivate positive rapport with employees.
  5. Prior experience in management and supervisory roles, sales, marketing, or customer service is required for this position.
  6. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Amenable to travel around our priority areas of assignment.
  8. Adept in MS Office applications ie. Excel, Word.
  9. Required language(s): English, Filipino.
