What's The Role All About?

This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative and general staff assistance to the Division Head and to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive administrative support to superiors, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and assisting with meetings and logistics.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Professionally interacts with visitors and callers, manages internal and external correspondence, and facilitates communication within the team and across departments.
  • Office Management & Organization: Maintains organized filing systems (both physical and digital), manages records, and handles requests for office equipment and supplies.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Coordinates team logistics, including meeting arrangements, travel itineraries, and procurement of necessary resources.
  • Asset Management: Manages company assets and supplies, including processing requisitions, receiving deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and releasing assets to authorized personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • With at least 1 year working experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge in Office & Records Management, Business Writing, Organization, and Scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willing to be assigned at Bacoor, Cavite.
  • Can start ASAP.
