Responsibilities
  • Delivering and checking off (if required) goods at customers 'premises.
  • Performs daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning of each shift.
  • Completing trucking sheets and run sheets with all relevant information
  • Collecting goods according to instructions and completing associated paperwork.
  • Carrying out routine daily checks on the vehicle you are driving and reporting any faults to transport ASAP. Completing the daily inspection sheet prior to setting off and reporting any defects that occur during the course of the working day.
  • Abiding by current driver's hours, rules and regulations including working time directives. Ensuring legal breaks are taken and tachographs are completed correctly.
  • Available to work required shifts and overtime during the week and on the day as required.
  • Other duties as performed.
