About the role

You are expected to accurately maintain financial records for the company and manage incoming payments. This role is crucial in ensuring the company's cash flow remains healthy and that customer transactions are reconciled and recorded accurately.

What we're looking for

  1. A graduate of BS in Accounting, Accounting Management, or any related courses.
  2. Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Willing to work in Leganes.
  4. Knowledgeable about general Accounting Principles.

What you'll be doing

  • Consolidate Supplier's Billing.
  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with the Company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Disbursement Vouchers for outgoing payments in compliance with the Company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including but not limited to payroll, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including timely recognizing, verifying, classifying, and recording of purchases, expenses, payables, and accruals for the period.
  • Check and review the consolidated and completed customer billing documents forwarded by the Sales and Collection Officer.
  • Ensure the timely recording, billing, and collections of the Company's sales and receivables accordingly.
  • Responsible for the issuance of billing statements related to customer accounts.
  • Responsible for the issuance of invoices and official receipts for the collection received with the attached copy of the deposit slip related to customer accounts.
  • Perform other tasks necessary in conducting the duties and responsibilities of the Accounting Department as requested by the Accounting Manager.
