Job Description

  • Lead, grow & retain a medium sized team, through extensive coaching & development
  • Developing strategic plans for business growth and improving revenue
  • Managing resources and relationships with partners and stakeholders - continuously up to date with customers needs and business goals
  • Partner extensively with regional & global sales & marketing teams
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company's values and culture
  • Managing budget and finances of the company and setting performance goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • Proven experience leading teams in the Philippines with a strong track record of employee engagement & retention
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent understanding of business functions such as sales, marketing & HR
  • Functional background leading HR, people & culture, commercial or strategy teams
  • Highly organised and strategic planner with excellent communication skills
  • Background in consulting or professional services advantageous
