  1. Direct reporting to the President of the company.
  2. Head of the Office of the President.
  3. In-charge of the project operations and design section.
  4. Responsible and accountable for coordinating management related projects that toil towards the company's directed strategic business and objectives.
  5. Manages and coordinates with clients on initial design and meetings.
  6. Responsible for keeping projects on track and on budget.
  7. Ensures that the design is correct in accordance with client's requirements.
  8. Conducts bi-weekly meetings on project progress and technical discussions.
  9. Liaises with external design supports for all projects.
  10. Conducts technical support for the projects.
  11. System Analyst – Prepares systems to enhance monitoring of site workforce, material utilization, and progress of works.
  12. System Programmer – Assists programmers from the end-user point of view of the system.
  13. Conducts training on BIM (Building Information Modeling) to elevate knowledge of best practices in construction methodology and designs.
  14. Conducts training on baseline programming with site engineers on how to prepare PERT and scheduling.
  15. Assists project staff in coordination of various activities; compiles and prepares project correspondence; helps with record maintenance; prepares and monitors schedules.
  16. Interacts on-site with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and site personnel regarding project implementation, pay requests, and other project concerns.
  17. Checks and coordinates working drawings for Architectural, Structural, and MEP; raises RFIs for discrepancies found in the drawings and discusses with consultants for amendments.
  18. Prepares, supervises draftsmen, and checks shop drawings for submission and approval by the consultant.
  19. Ensures that work on site is in accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications.
  20. Coordinates with special trades' contractors for site work implementation approval.
  21. Prepares long lead item materials schedule to anticipate delays and achieve actual deliveries required on target dates.
  22. Attends bi-weekly progress and technical meetings to coordinate and resolve issues regarding project progress on site.
  23. Supervises project mock-up preparation and execution to ensure quality assurance of work.
  24. Prepares solutions and recommendations for unavoidable situations from plan to execution.
  25. Checks architectural designs for feasibility for site execution.
  26. Conducts site checks to ensure correct interpretation and execution of the approved working drawings.
