DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Lead the planning, development, and execution of website projects, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionality.

·Collaborate with the Corporate IT Department to troubleshoot technical issues, implement website updates, and ensure the site's security and performance.

·Work closely with the Marketing team to integrate branding, messaging, and marketing objectives into the website's design and functionality.

·Optimize website architecture, navigation, and content for an enhanced user experience (UI/UX) and drive increased engagement.

·Maintain and update the website, ensuring it is always functional, secure, and up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry standards.

·Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and follows best practices for web accessibility.

·Monitor site performance and use analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and inform future design and development decisions.

·Manage project timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

·Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, design trends, and best practices to continually improve the website's user experience and functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Minimum Education

* Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.

B. Minimum Experience/Training

* 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of both front-end and back-end projects.

* Strong expertise in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Python, ).

* Experience with web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) and web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

* Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience implementing responsive, user-centered designs.
