The Project Planner/Scheduler is the overall in-charge of tasks below:

PROJECT MONITORING

  • Provide assistance in generation and monitoring of project schedule using scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.);
  • Project accomplishment monitoring and cashflow/S-curve;
  • Implementation of planning process and reports on-site;
  • Determination and monitoring of resource productivity allocation;
  • Provide assistance in preparation of mitigation and catch up schedule programs.

TIME EXTENSION

  • Analyzing, monitoring and preparation of causes of project delays and time claim;
  • Provide assistance for the cash flow through Planned Accomplishment vs. Actual Accomplishment (through S-curve) and monitoring of what is included in the BOQ (Bill of Quantity: items, specifications, quantity, extent and location).
  • Preparation of justification for possible extension.

ORGANIZATION BUILDING CAPABILITIES

  • Work collaboration with other departments and project team;
  • To relieve and perform as the main Project Planner/Scheduler in case of absence.

OTHERS

  • Site visitation of different projects;
  • Undergo training for Primavera and other scheduling software;
  • Collaboration for planning workbook.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 - 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical; Preferably with Professional license but not required;
  • With strong analytical, communication, presentation skills as well as an eye for detail;
  • Results-oriented, team-player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City - Head office;
  • Amenable to commute / relocate or living near / within Quezon City - Head office;
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
