Real Estate Team Leader

What the day will look likeGrowth and Business Results
  1. Accountable for executing the in-country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and focused on delivering business results and growth.
  2. Leads, manages, and executes the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
  3. Manages the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
  4. Works with Business Leader on succession planning on key clients and talent pipeline.
  5. Stays on track and increases year on year client retention ratio.
  6. Collaborates with Sales Team to introduce Aon's products, services, and specialty expertise to create opportunities to grow the business.
  7. Continue to actively participate in the Delivering Aon United (DAU) initiative in identifying and developing new account opportunities either as a facilitator of DAU meetings or as an Account Manager for identified CRS accounts and opportunities.
  8. Provide full support to the Business Development Team and the Strategic Account Management Team in winning new business and servicing won accounts thereafter.
Client Ownership
  1. Constantly identifies valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
  2. Oversees the renewal process and implements the client-specific renewal strategy.
  3. Deals with insurance companies for any requirements of clients like rate negotiation, issuance of policies, endorsements, claims management and related services.
  4. Ensures proper insurance coverage is provided to clients including timely issuance of policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellation of policies, premium collection.
  5. Guarantees policies, endorsements, premium computation and other documents are properly peer-reviewed and accurate prior to release to clients.
Operational Excellence
  1. Ensures adherence to critical best practice client management efforts including Strategic Account Service Plan Reviews and Client Return to Profitability Planning.
  2. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to high performance in the process of account management and sets a personal standard of high quality and integrity for self and others.
  3. Ensures compliance to internal deliverables and requirements to be 100% compliant to all Aon internal procedures.
Leadership
  1. Builds trusted relationships with the leadership of Commercial Risk Solutions that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
  2. Leverages the strengths of the team, talent development, and addresses the gaps in proficiency.
  3. Assists teammates not only with their accounts but also with their careers, helping them grow personally and professionally.
  4. Manages the performance of the team and ensures all goals are achieved.
  5. Ensures that service agreements are met and delivered to clients effectively and efficiently.
  6. Provides structure and direction to facilitate the completion of team objectives.
  7. Supports the team to establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for their client service teams.
